What is Notion??
Notion Labs Inc. was established in 2013 as a start-up company. Notion is a platform where you can organize your schedule. If you are a busy person, you must want a practical platform to manage your schedule.
There are tons of tools to help you organize your daily schedule, income, expenses, projects, hobbies, etc. Notion can do almost everything you need quickly by using templates.
I will show you the practical platform, Notion.
What can you do on Notion?
The most common way of using is for organizing schedule. There are many templates in notion, and you just need to download templates you liked.
Navigation
On the left side, there are navigation. You can add pages and create names for each page like “Home”.
After you create a page and name, you can also set an icon for the page by clicking the icon. For example, I chose the penguin emoji for this blog icon, so when I open this blog, the tab on Google Chrome is also the penguin.
Task List
If you run your blog, you should use Task List. Task List allows you to schedule what you have to publish, what you are in progress, and what you have done. The one in the picture is a template, so you can use this template for not only blogs but other tasks or projects.
Blog Editorial Calendar
The Blog Editorial Calendar is a template similar to the Task List. You can put your task into To Do, In Progress, and Done. Blog Editorial Calendar also has a calendar, so you can also write your tasks on the calendar.
You can see the calendar by clicking the “Calendar view.” Blog Editorial Calendar allows you to do the same thing as the Task List, so you might want to choose either.
Home
Personal workspace: Home allows you to organize your schedule, budget, habits, assignments, etc.
How to Create Notion Account
